Nuance interview questions

Standard process, phone screen with HR, phone screen with hiring manager, then panel interview with hiring manager, in direct manager and another IT manager. The process went quickly. The only lag was between HR phone screen and hiring manager phone screen due to vacations. I had to follow up with HR to when the hiring manager returned to set up the 2nd phone screen. Otherwise, in person interview was a week later and offer came the same week.

I am writing this after 2 long months of waiting and disguise. Interview process was long , first HR came and briefed about the company, then had 3 technical discussion ,Then one round with HR head. And one managerial round with VP. They asked to forward salary slips and all other documents . I forwarded all the asked documents. After that never received any call or letter , HR who was very prompt in reply , avoided my calls. Then I called the consultant and she told me that the feedback is positive but they had put the opening on hold. Very unclear and unmanaged company , it was a one day process , just in one day the requirements flips . Recently got to know that ,it is very common and there are many same stories. Beware of this company. Very sad experience. No trust, don't recommend it to anyone.
