It was employee referral which took 3 days to complete all 4 rounds including HR. Technical round was easy and they were asking basics from linux, windows, networking, some scenario based questions and mostly they were looking for a person who can handle shift alone and quick learner. First round was telephonic, second was face-to-face with manager and third was skype round with senior manager from US.

Easy - Pretty basic interview: they asked me to tell them about myself, then described the role in more detail, then asked about what experience I had, and finished with me taking an excel test.
