The process was they reached out to me and set up an interview within a week. The interview was completely based on a Competency-based interview framework. It is very unnatural and stilted, but if you learn how to do one (watch Youtube tutorials) it should be fine.

It went pretty good. You have to know what OSCE is and what are they doing all over the Europe. Also, they are really professional, the questions are on right on point and you have to be really clear in answers
