I interviewed with them around 2015, when one of the companies they acquired was still Humedica. Super smart people, no BS puzzle questions, just hands down practical concepts. There should be more companies like that these days man.

What kind of question is this? They asked a lot of things. How would I choose one? One about what? Compared to what? Makes no sense to me.

Got one of those online answer questions asynchronously assignments, then a Zoom interview, then received an offer a couple months later. The call was with a Software Engineer at the company, incredibly friendly guy, just asked some questions about my projects and some basic technical questions. Told me about the company culture and how he really did enjoy working there.

The initial email from the hiring manager to set up a 30-minute call, which was a portfolio review, and then another round with two other designers, which was a design task and mainly about how I solved it
