I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optum (Boston, MA) in Nov 2017
Interview
1 Campus Interview, 1 On-site interview. Very friendly and informative. No technical interview at all. The campus interview was purely behavioral and really just a screening. The on-site was slightly more technical but no coding question.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Optum (Boston, MA)
Interview
It was a 2-step interview. The first was a completely behavioral interview at my school's campus. The interviewer was very friendly and seemed enthusiastic of his work at Optum. The second was an on site interview at the Boston office. They gave a tour of the office and then carried out the interviews individually. It was a one-to-one interview, mostly behavioral with one technical problem solving question. After that, they determined whether the candidate was fit for the company or not.
