Optum Medical Assistant interview questions

Two types of interviews, first interview test your hands on skills and you also take a pop quiz, if you succeed you are moved forward to the second interview where they want to know your work ethic.

I applied online via an Indeed job announcement and received an email stating I was a selected applicant to proceed in the interview process. The interview was relatively easy and relaxed. I met in person with the administrative supervisor at the clinic location I applied to work. She asked "getting to know you" questions and gave me a brief tour. The same day, I met with an LVN and clinic site administrator at another site location for which the real interview took place.
