I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Optum in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was an overall positive experience for me. Everyone I spoke to was positive and open to answering my questions and I had plenty of opportunity to make sure this company fit me, just as much as they were checking my fit for the company.

Interview
Consisted of a one-way video interview where I recorded myself answering behavioral questions. After passing that I was sent to do a coding assignment on codility which was not too bad at all, 2 simple questions (one of which included sorting algorithms) and a debugging question. After that I got a video interview where we discussed my cv and aptitude and why I wanted the role.
