Started with an interview at my university, which was fairly basic. They asked about my classes, whether I'd done any personal projects, and my familiarity with software development methodologies like agile. There was a second round interview at Optum that was a bit more technical, but ultimately it seemed to come down more to personality than technical ability. A friend with more experience and a better GPA who was further along in the CS program interviewed at the same time and didn't make it to the second round.
