Optym interview questions

First round was telephonic interview followed by 2 test in the second round. Final round is onsite with interviews with several people form the company. The tests cover various topics in algorithms, programming,probability and operations research

After applying I was contacted to do a video interview. I joined the call on time and waited for thirty minutes, all three interviewers were a no show. Without naming names there was supposed to be a Senior Sys Admin, Software Engineer and some VP. I contacted the recruiter only to find out they were "busy" and couldn't join but would contact me to reschedule that day. 3 days later I receive an email with a questionare in regards to my experience etc and why I'd want this position...this is of course information I already submitted with the original application! This is a huge red flag for me...the lack of professionalism and organization makes you wonder. I've since revoked my application.
