Optym interview questions

The first interview session was easy, the second was more technical and in-depth. Unfortunately people who I interviewed with had zero business background hence none of the questions were business related. It looks like the company doesn't have a proper business team.

the interview was quite hard, first they ask the basic describe yourself, what you are doing questions etc. and then they want you to model an optimization question with many constraints. I guess all the interview around 1 hour or so
