Connected with them at a job fair on campus (this was all in 2019 so pre covid) and had an initial recruiter call, 2 calls with managers, one was more meant for me to ask questions while the other was a more traditional interview. After those calls I had a chat with a director which was also more of me asking questions. Prior to the third interview they asked me to make sure and look at the director’s LinkedIn and ask him a question around that, which I have learned on the job is a strategy for speaking to prospects. I know that since my interviews they have switched to video interviews rather than just calls but I believe the process is still the same

Very fluid process overall. Phone screen with HR then two interviews with managers done over zoom. All behavioral questions. Be prepared for tell me about a time questions. Make sure you use specifics.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Oracle (Santa Monica, CA)
Interview
Pretty easy. There will be 3 interviews. 1 with a recruiter and 2 with different managers. They ask basic questions like why oracle? why sales? where do you see yourself in 5 years? etc.
