Oracle Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Initial interview, followed by a presentation with 30;60;90 day plan; the initial interview was a 1:1 which lasted 1 hour and was based on an employee referral for the position. The second was a presentation with a panel who asked questions about my 30 60 and 90 day plan to achieve the number.

Applied for an Enterprise Account Manager sales position. Overall process was excellent with several telephone interviews to start then a face to face interview with a Regional Vice President.
