Oracle Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

3hour hiring event with cocktail hour. This is the initial point of contact after brief conversation with a recruiter and where you as a candidate will be moved forward in the interview process. Series of interviews (4) and then offer presented.

Went over 4 interviews and did not even got a thanks but no thanks call. They seemed not like people with family even if they also have one. I really feel they lack clarity and openness and despite asking for an answer either way they couldn't do so.
