Oracle Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

In the meantime, I got a rejection email about the position since they have agreed with someone. I think it is very wrong that they are still trying to interview others for a position that they are very close to hiring someone. However, the HR employee ignored what I wrote and said that they could interview me for other positions. I said yes, since I am not working right now, and I asked her to send them for which positions we will interview for. However, although days have passed since then and the date and time I said for the interview has come, I got response in last minute. I have never really encountered such an unprofessional HR department.
