Oracle Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Easy interview, 3 phases consists of HR screening followed by an interview with the manager then a case study with the manager and director then a call with HR to discuss salary and benefits

The entire application process took around 2 weeks in total. In these 2 weeks, I spoke with Recruiting for a screening interview. Afterwards, I was invited to the 2nd interview that included a case study. The 2nd interview was very long, almost 2.5 hrs but you got to know the sales director, two sales managers and in the end, two account managers to ask them how working at Oracle is.
