Own Company interview questions

I did two interviews with OwnBackup and then never heard from them again. It takes less than a minute to send a short rejection email, something like this: "Thank for you taking the time to interview with us. We have decided to move forward with other candidates. We wish you the best in your job search." I invite OwnBackup to use the paragraph above. Sending an update like this is the bare bones of polite behavior, and failure to do so leaves a negative impression of your organization.

1st round with HR , nothing special. Second round with Team Lead, basic technical and experience question. Assessment and panel interview were separate but on the same material and were somewhat difficult
