I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Own Company (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Apr 2021
Interview
One of the best hiring processes I had!
The interview process is composed of 6 parts:
1. Phone screening with a tech recruiter
2. Coding test in a known coding platform
3. Direct team lead meeting
4. Another team lead meeting
5. Director meeting
6. Tech recruiter meeting
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we had most of the meetings on Zoom, and then for the last meeting we met at the office with the recruiter and the team.
Every single person in the process was extremely pleasant, professional and made me want to join them. They were always available for questions and eager to answer any questions I had. Every company should learn and look up to this process.

Interview
I had several rounds of interviews (at least 5) with different people across the organization, ending with an one-hour presentation that I had to prepare and give to a group via Zoom. Despite hearing only positive feedback and having multiple phone and email conversations with HR afterwards saying they would get back to me very soon with next steps, I was eventually ghosted by this company with no explanation. About two months after the presentation, I received an automated rejection email - like the kind you receive from companies who don't even open your resume or give you a first-round phone screen. It was pretty insulting to say the least that they had taken so much of my time but couldn't take any of their own to at least give me a personalized "we're going in a different direction" rejection.

Question 1
What are your ideas for running a reference program?
I applied online. I interviewed at Own Company (New York, NY)
Interview
Hiring manager was not prepared for the interview. Very unprofessional and vague details were provided in describing the culture. Do not recommend if you are a customer success professional. Did not get the impression this was a career organization. Experience level of management and staff is not what I expected.
