PPD Clinical Research Associate interview questions

I applied online and was contacted the next day by an HR recruiter for an initial phone screen. She was friendly and great to talk to; asked me about my resume and my experience and described the role + benefits. A very typical phone-screen conversation. I received a call-back about two days later for 2-hour interview with two managers. Both managers I interviewed with were fantastic. They seemed truly interested in engaging and listening to my responses. They were also eager to share their own experiences. The interview was primarily based on STAR behavioral questions so prepare these very well; having situational examples on-hand for different qualities/traits helped me so much. Other than the questions, the interview was very conversational and informative. Two days later, I received an offer from the HR recruiter and accepted. Great experience!

situational questions were asked of me. Follow up questions from my answers were asked. The interviewer was polite and shared about the company and what he enjoyed about working there.
