PPD interview questions

Brief HR interview, then 2-3 separate 45 minute interviews (F2F or remote) with managers of clinical management using STAR question format. After each individual interview, the interviewers discuss the questions/responses and determine to hire or not.

3 interviews in one day, 1 over webex 1 in person & 1 over the phone. They were spread out from 9 - 3 PM so it was a long day. Received an offer the next day. the pay for this position is half of their competitors , no negotiating and they only gave me 10 hours to give a decision.
