I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PTC (Pune) in Dec 2017
Interview
There were 5 rounds in total. I initially had a Telephonic technical discussion round which was mainly related to check my basic concepts. After that I was asked to visit PTC office for a face to face interview.
I attended face to face interview. It started with an online test for one hour 25 question on JAVA and 25 on aptitude. I cleared the test and went through 2 rounds of technical discussion which went for almost 2 hours each.
After clearing these rounds , I had a directorial interview which was a tech managerial interview.
The next day I got a call from HR with further discussion and released the offer on the same day.
The process was as below.
1) - Telephonic Technical Screening Round.
2)- Online Test (Java+Aptitude)
3)- Technical Interview Round 1
4)- Technical Interview Round 2
5) - Manegerial Interview (Tech Manegerial)
6)- HR Discussion
I went for interview by seeing PTC as a good brand. but in interview, I found, very foolish people who took my interview. they were more focused on my salary expectation than core funda to concentrate on technical things. When interview is over, They told me, you not cleared interview. what the hell.
Also, before 2 yrs i got offer from PTC, they not giving salary as that of salary offered by other company.
More specifically, all interviews in the company happened, i observed people in company as govt job..relax no tension, no technical things. interviews also very cheap. not in depth. I am still surprising why they rejected me. because of salary expectation or they dont want higher technical person..only god knows.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PTC (Needham, MA) in Mar 2017
Interview
One online application then received a phone call with hiring manager. After 1 week received an official offer letter. Took a span of 1 month and were flexible with getting back
