Paychex Human Resource Generalist interview questions

The interview consisted of two conversations with the area manager. I was referred directly to him from a former employee that had worked with him in the past. I would say that it was an average interview - nothing out of the ordinary.

Very communicative process. I was notified when moved to next stage. If I had any questions, recruiter/hiring manager were very responsive. I have kept in touch to this day with the hiring manager.
