PepsiCo interview questions

I applied online, I received a phone call from an HR rep in Chicago, she asked some basic education, background, work experience questions. I then got invited to interview at the plant in Cedar Rapids, I was interviewed by two different 2 person panels. The first one was two managers, and the second one was two different employees that held the same position i was applying for. Pretty basic questions - mostly to get a feel for my background and work experience....

I only got as far as the initial interview. They asked me a series of situational questions, and asked me to apply my previous experiences to potential problems.
