PepsiCo Mrchandiser interview questions

I applied online and had to take an assessment test for the position. Didn't know the outcome until someone called and set me up with a phone interview the following week. After the phone interview I had an in person interview with two people at the same time. They asked me how I would handle certain situations and also asked me about prior jobs. After the interview they said that they had others to interview and whoever they selected their information would be sent in for the background check. So basically you didn't know if you were selected or not. After the background check is ran then they will call you if it passes and when they do call you they will set you up for a drug test. If you pass the drug test then you will be hired on.

It took about a month going through the process from initial internet contact to making it to the plant for an interview. Since they needed to fill the position, the interview was quick & dirty with a position manager.
