I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Tulsa, OK)
Interview
Getting hired at Pepsi is a time consuming process. It takes a few weeks, as there is a phone interview then an in person interview. It seems like people that the managers already know in the industry can get on faster than people hired "off the street". It is a hard job as it seems they hire 2 or 3 people at a time but they don't last. I had a couple get hired the same time as me and never saw them after orientation.

Question 1
Not really anything too difficult. You take some tests during the application process but they shouldn't be to difficult for people of average intelligence.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Ulan-Ude) in Jun 2010
Interview
There was not much about the interview process due to seasonal issues. It was summer in Russia and it was a great opportunity for a regular student to earn some money during 2-3 months.
Basically, the scheme is very simple: you call-->you come--> you answer some questions -->if pass, start to work on next day.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
The process took about two weeks, from application to the actual interview. I was called in for an interview at the bottling facility. The facility was difficult to find, tucked away between two large buildings. I entered the building and met with the receptionist. I told her I was here for an interview, she was caught off guard and it seemed like she wasn't expecting me. After waiting about 10 minutes, I met with an assistant manager, the general manager wasn't there. The whole interview was very tense and uncomfortable. The interviewer seemed upset and unhappy the whole process.
