Interview
You are required to take a written test with math probelms and senarios. Then, if you passed the test, you have a few more in person interviews. If you are hired, you have to take a DOT physical. Then they send you to Portland, Oregon for two weeks of training. Then you will train for six weeks with different trainers in different route types.

Interview
Apply online and pass a bunch of personality tests, get accepted and hr calls and sends you for hair sample drug test and full background check, go on a route ride to see if you really want to do the job. Pass those and go to first interview. Zone business manager comes to you for second interview and official Job offer (business manager drove four hours to the middle of no where to interview me and buy my lunch). Get officially hired and start this week training process, one of these weeks you are flown to a region specific training location for a week to learn business models and basics and get wined and dined all week

Interview
First is an interview with HR, then you must complete and pass an online test. After that you will ride along with an RSR for a day to be sure the job is right for you. Then you interview with the District Sales Leaders. Finally you interview with the Zone business manager.
