I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard (São Paulo, )
Interview
Apressado, ansioso, omitindo algumas informações e também dando informações incorretas, a impressão que tive é que foi muito rápido e não avaliaram qual era realmente o perfil correto que eles precisavam.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard (London, England)
Interview
Applied online for a temporary SBM role.
Was invited to conduct a online interview where the hiring manager had pre-recorded a set of questions.
Still have not received a courtesy response from HR to confirm that I had been unsuccessful with the role - I had completed the online interview surely the respectful thing to do from a company is to at least say sorry but no thanks.
No wonder Pernod have had several SBMs leave the company in recent months and have been promoting BMs who aren't yet ready.....the business lacks respect with their employees why should they be respectful to people who want to join the company.
