I was contacted on LinkedIn. Asked to apply, and interview. Had in person interview. I was told we have a role for you and would meet again for next round of interviews in a few days. Ghosted for 2 months, sent multiple emails for follow up, then got the thanks but no thanks email.

Question 1
Questions about my current role with current company and how they translate to this role.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard North America in Apr 2022
Interview
The process started off ok and then went downhill quickly.
I applied online and received an email back 2 days later. That's when it started to go south.
There is no recruiter interview. You are expected to go online and create a video on some external website called HireVue, which is garbage.
So, basically, you never really speak to an actual person and you're expected to literally go online and create a video of yourself instead of doing an actual interview with Human Resources, then complete a bunch of personality/behavioral tests in the form of cheap carnival games.
Literally, I told the recruiter who emailed me less than 5 minutes later that I'd be happy to do a real interview but not the carnival/instagram thing or withdraw my application and never heard back.

Question 1
Go online and create a video instead of a real job interview and then play a bunch of games so that we can test you rather than have a serious process to select candidates.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pernod Ricard North America (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
You are asked to complete a HireVue (robo-interview) and then they straight up don't follow up with you. This has happened to me a few times as I've interviewed here multiple times. Unless you're a professional vlogger this is very difficult. Hard to answer questions without a human face to speak with.
