Interview
Had a group interview with them that had group exercises and had a small role play element in the interview as well. There were 8 us. They asked us to make a pair and tell a the other a weird fact about each other and repeat the fact to see if we would remember it. The also had a zombie apocalypse scenario question. Then they asked us to organise some clothes and had us explain about why we had done it that way. Then they pretended to be a customer asking about one thing (for me it was about a refund but they didn’t have the receipt with them) and how we would react to said customer.

The interview was great. There are set questions you have to answer and they are very basic on customer service and being a general retail assistant. One of the better ones I have had.
