Simple interview process - 20 minute chat about experience and dealing with customers . Was asked about aspirations and fashion. Had the Interview with one of the duty managers . Before this there was an online aptitude test and CV upload.

1st round with HR and UX Design Manager together. Overall, it was not very engaging. The hiring manager did not believe my experience despite giving clear examples, but did not seek to clarify. Based on that, they declared me not having the technical experience ;)
