Quick & easy process. Applied online, received an email inviting me to interview. Interview itself was relaxed despite a booklet of questions by the interviewer. Experience questions & just general common sense questions of working in retail & customer service.

They asked me to introduce myself, and what I know about Primark. I was then asked a set of scenario-based questions on what could happen while working at the store.
