It was very easy and the interviewer often prompted my answers. If i said an answer that was slightly wrong, I could see that he had written the right answer down for me. During this interview it became obvious that I had gotten the job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask questions like, “Do you know the Primark returns policy”
Was a really straightforward interview on a large scale (multiple interviews going off in one room) but the actual interview itself was one to one. The interviewer was really nice and helpful and none of the questions were that difficult to answer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Primark (Birmingham, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
Received a call and was invited to interview the following week. Was sent over job description and information on primark which they want you to be knowledgeable on.
Attended the interview at Birmingham branch which lasted around 1 hours. Was based on talking them through my CV and relevant experience and what they needed in the role. Which was ironically to drive employee engagement and satisfaction along with management of supervisors amongst other various duties.
I was told they would contact me 1 week later with an offer or feedback following the interview. I have never heard back from them, despite myself actually calling the recruiter myself to follow up over a week later, leaving a voicemail and then further emailing for feedback as I assumed by then I was unsuccessful.
This took place around 2 months ago and i have still never has a response which is in my opinion unprofessional and made me happy I am not part of the culture and organisation if that is how they operate.
