Interview
The interview was easy and straightforward. Questions weren’t too hard. They consisted of common knowledge. You do not need massive retail experience. After the interview the process and onboarding was straightforward too.

Pre-interview screening was via a phone call, then I had an in person interview with the store manager and area manager, talking about myself and then compentency based questions asking for examples of times of leadership etc.
