Interview
I applied online with my CV. I was invited to an interview after around 1 and a half weeks later. I was unable to attend the interview dates available, and HR were really nice and said I could get back in touch after my end of year exams as they'd have more interview slots available then. I called up around a week later, and was booked in for an interview. The interview was with a manager, and was quite relaxed featuring mainly competency questions.Offered job via email day after interview.
You do the online application, then it's an in person interview. The interview process was really smooth, no difficult questions. The interviewer was really friendly which put me at ease as I get nervous in interviews.

Interview
I applied online. Recived an email inviting me to interview around the next day which I was happy about because the response was quick.
I went to the store and told the customer service desk I had and interview and was taken to the HR department. I waited around 20 mins while my documents were photocopies and my interviewer came.
The interview was really straightforward and easy. It took around 10-15 mins.
At the end they told me that I passed the interview then and there which I was surprised as I thought they'd let me know at least towards the end of the day as I'm pretty sure they had other interviews to do. They then when on to check for shifts availability for me and told me that the weekend was available as a previous employee withdrew their application.
Overall it was honestly really easy thankfully.
