Interview
Smooth interview process, applied by email and heard back within 48 hours. Attended a 1 on 1 interview at the head office in Reading, which required me to prepare a presentation on merchandising, answer a few competency based questions, and complete a maths test. I was told that, if I was to be successful I would be invited to another Interview that would provide a deeper look at the role, and following that a job offer would be made.

Interview
Applied online and a few days later was invited for an interview and the Tottenham Court Road branch. the interview was scheduled for 8pm which i thought was weird but i went anyway. i arrived 30 mins early and was told to wait in the staff common room with the other interview candidates and a few staff playing pool. i wasn't seen until 10.00 as i was the last to be seen. i was so annoyed but i was relieved when it was finally my turn. However when i met the interview she told me thee interview was for the night shift but i had applied to day shift and my interview email confirmed that. i was told that she would reschedule the interview with a day shift manager later in the week. i was fuming as i waited 2 and a half hours for absolutely nothing - but the real gag was; they never called back anyway :/
