Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself and any relevant experience
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Primark (Plymouth, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview took place in person and lasted just under an hour. There were two people in the room—one conducted the interview while the other observed and took notes. I was asked a range of questions focused on resilience, teamwork, how I handle challenges, and what good customer service means to me, including whether I’d experienced it myself. They also asked what I knew about Primark as a company, so doing some research beforehand was useful. The process was structured but not too intimidating, and both interviewers were professional and polite.
