Primark Retail Assistant interview questions

Applied online , 2 weeks later they rung me for an interview the next day. Asked questions such as when have you been part of a team ? What is customer service to you ? What do you know about Primark ? 5 skills you have ? etc . Also some scenario questions such as how to deal with angry customers and what to do if a dress from the window is out of stock. Quite easy questions and more of a conversation than an interview

Pleasant, quick and easy. They were Quick to ask questions and helpful when I needed a little bit of help. Not too hard to answer questions, just used previous experience to help.
