At first, they conducted 1-on-1 interviews with each applicant, then if they liked you, you made it to the second round of interviews. When I was there everyone had to go through pretty long training, even if they had worked retail before.

Gave me a call and arranged an interview, they rang me back within a week. Once I had gone to the interview the process took about 30 minutes and they called me back a few days later to tell me I had gotten the job and what hours I would be working
