I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Wood Green, England) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online and 2 weeks later got an email to select a date for an interview the following week. I arrived earlier at the interview. A member of staff took me to the canteen where I waited until they called me in (they were 10 or 15 minutes late though). The interview took about 15 minutes. Got a call the day after the interview with a job offer. Had the induction for 2 days (4 hour shift) and started the day after the induction.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Primark (London, England) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview was ridiculous!
I could clearly see that the interviewer was even more nervous than I was. He didn't ask about my previous experience, he just gave 5 questions like: "What would you do if you saw clothes on the floor?", or "If a customer showed you a piece that is in the windows, but we sold out that piece, what would you say?"...
Honestly, I left the interview room and decided that even if I got the job I would not work there.
People are so rude and unprepared. The interviewer could not even speak English.
Also, I waited for 15 min until someone decided to start the interview.
If you really really need to work, good luck with your interview.
