I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Bath, England) in May 2018
Interview
The interview lasted about 40 min. I was asked about different scenarios which were mostly easy to answer. The one I struggled with was: you are manning the fitting room and a customer starts complaining to other customers about the queue. What will you do? I said that I would make the customers aware of the refund policy which meant that they could try items on at home and bring them back if they didn't fit. When I couldn't think of anymore she added that it is always a good idea to give the customers a time estimate -say for instance "Sorry about the wait. It should only be another 5 minutes. "Also if someone is only holding a coat make them aware that they can try it on in front of one of the shop mirrors. I liked that the interviewer helped me with the answers and it was more of a conversation than a grilling.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Primark (King of Prussia, PA) in Apr 2018
Interview
I applied to Primark in King of Prussia and waited three days to call them. They called me first three days after I applied, i missed the phone call so I had to call them back the next day. When I called them back the next day, it was a short phone interview. They asked why did I want to work at Primark asked for my availability and how will I be getting there. After that they asked me to come in for a face to face interview on that following wednesday. When I went in for the interview it was very laid back and not intimidating at all. They just asked why did I want to work there and then asked customer service questions then asked for my availability. Thats it. nothing more, nothing less. The next day they called me and said that the interview went well and then we moved forward from there.
