Procter & Gamble Administrative Assistant interview questions

applied online then had to take 2 tests, then about 2 weeks later got a phone interview and then about a week later got an appointment for a panel interview on site. phone and panel interview were almost identical, i think they are more seeing if you are a likable person for the panel one.

Very long and time consuming. Interviewed by a panel and peers. Had to demonstrate my skills and prove my success within the company. It was similar to an audition. This is good because it weeds out the people who are not serious and only want a job and not a career. P&G is a great company to work for and has allot of businesses througut the US, lots of room for growth.
