Procter & Gamble Internship interview questions

Had to take two tests online. First being about perosnality. Seems that they have a type and tend to pick type A personalities. Next is a iq test of sorts with some memory and pattern problems. Then if you make it thorough you can go to intervies. all being of three round. first is with Hr and the last with a person you would work with or much higher up.

there are thee online interveiws after passing online test. it took 2 months to have first interview opportunity. Each interview usually take 1hour and based on behavior and how to make decision. Also one interviewer I met asked deeper to understand (e.g what is impact of our action in future)
