I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Madrid) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied through a university job fair. After just a few days I was contacted for online tests (logical, numeric and verbal). After passing these, I was called to repeat them on-site (in this case it was on the university but usually you go to their offices). The last part of the process was the one who turned this into a negative experience - I had three one-hour interviews in a row, through "skype". All of the interviews were exactly the same - behavioral interviews which should be answered through the CAR method (Context, Action, Result). Even though nothing sounds wrong about this, the fact that 3 equal interviews were done in a row was very tedious and unstimulating.
