I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapur) in Oct 2019
Interview
Submitted resume, completed online tests, received a call for an interview the next day. Asked to reschedule it because I couldn't make it, HR said ok.
Followed up weekly but ended up getting ghosted by HR, before finally being sent an automated rejection email with no interview in the end and then being asked to apply for Product Supply instead.
Checked with other friends- turns out many have had the same experience as well.
Come on guys, you can do better as a huge MNC with a supposed good brand... Other FMCGs clearly have better HR practices than this.
