I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Singapur) in Jan 2025
Interview
This is an absolute joke. An online assessment filled with primary school level questions? What's the point of getting degree then? I clicked through just to see how ridiculous it was—what a complete waste of time. I can't believe they're testing pattern recognition, memory skills, and basic arithmetic like we're toddlers. In an age of advanced technology, note-taking apps, and AI assistance, why on earth would a professional need to prove they can solve kiddie puzzles?
Honestly, they should ditch the business and open a daycare or a mobile game for preschoolers instead. Any company that treats adults like clueless children isn’t worth a second glance. Major red flag.

Question 1
Imagine you are a kid, the better you solve kiddie puzzle the better an employee or manager you are. Tell me how fast you can solve puzzles. Better if you have track record of Guinness world record in pattern recognition. Puzzle and Gambler will welcome you with wide arms open.
