Procter & Gamble Customer Business Development interview questions

Several steps with tests and interviews. The first is an online IQ test and then a two round interview process. Both interviews are very similar, only ask behavioral questions. Very heavy focus on the CAR format. Make sure you follow it!

I did the online test and was called to do a test on site. A few days after that I received a phone call for an interview. The first interview went great, I was immediately called for a final interview. There panel had 2 people and they asked me some tough questions. I found out a few days later that I wasn't extended an offer.
