Good interview, STAR questions. Basically you say situation task action result. And they go through safety situation questions talk about how you work with others things like that. After the interview you get to ask them questions as well so make sure to do that especially work life balance.

Describe a scenario where you had to manage a safety risk
Prescreening testing process is a complete waste of time. Basically an IQ test that you need to cheat on. Didn’t hear back for over a year, probably still haven’t. Would not recommend.
Amazing interview process, the people are very nice and want you to succeed and feel comfortable. The interviewers are patient and open to questions. There are also many locations! The questions are pretty standard, and the website details the process pretty thoroughly and there’s also a pdf document that explains the process in depth.
