I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble
Interview
Very systematic.
1. Create an account, upload credentials, and if you are qualified, you will receive an examination link.
2. Examination - Difficult. Two parts (Interpersonal skills and logical reasoning). Aside from containing A LOT of questions, their logical reasoning set is also TIMED. It's a type of exam that really measures your abilities, decision-making, accuracy, and speed.
3. Once passed, you will receive an invite/schedule for an interview. (This is after min. of 3 weeks after taking the exam)
4. Interview - it can either be an initial interview followed by a final interview or a panel interview (which means, after this first and only interview, you will receive the verdict).
5. You will receive the verdict in 1-2 weeks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
5 "Tell me about a time..." questions (you need to have a solid, true story because in my case, they went in deeper details, you should be consistent with the details and can prove it)
2-3 "What would you do if" questions. Very difficult to predict what kind of situation you will be put into. But, always remember your values and reasoning, and integrate it with the situation.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Manila, ) in Feb 2021
Interview
The process was lengthy but it was worth the wait. The interviewers were great and not at all intimidating. Their process is much better than other companies because they ask situational and behavioral questions rather than the generic strength and weakness questions.
