Procter & Gamble Finance Analyst interview questions

Very systematic. 1. Create an account, upload credentials, and if you are qualified, you will receive an examination link. 2. Examination - Difficult. Two parts (Interpersonal skills and logical reasoning). Aside from containing A LOT of questions, their logical reasoning set is also TIMED. It's a type of exam that really measures your abilities, decision-making, accuracy, and speed. 3. Once passed, you will receive an invite/schedule for an interview. (This is after min. of 3 weeks after taking the exam) 4. Interview - it can either be an initial interview followed by a final interview or a panel interview (which means, after this first and only interview, you will receive the verdict). 5. You will receive the verdict in 1-2 weeks.
