Procter & Gamble Finance Manager interview questions

There're 3 steps of the interview processes. One with HR, one with User, and one with Director. The interview is in random order, but i got a chance to be interviewed by the HR first.

Process in P&G for recruiting is generally long. You must apply online and first go through a couple tests. If you pass, you would get invited to perform a written test, similar to the one used to enter college. Once that is done, you would have at least two interviews, including a panel. Good luck!
