Assessment test online. Another test in p&g office. Invited over for an interview. The interview consisted of situational type questions. I was interviewed by not an HR personnel, whcih I found odd since she told me that she never did this before and the HR personnel was busy to conduct the interview. They HR personnel called me a week later saying that I didn't pass the interview.
