Upon submitting resume, first step of the process is the assessment wherein there are a series of games to test your skills. If you pass, HR will contact you within 30 days to schedule an interview. If not, they will email you saying they found another candidate more fit for the job.

End to end process that tests both soft and technical skills. Starts with the paper screening and personality type tests. Cognitive exams follow and the last were technical interviews then the offer.
